The BUILD is what gives every space its personality. Before there are customers, servers, bartenders, cooks, plates, food or beer, there is what we like to call "The Wood Shop". It starts with a space, new or one with a previous life and we gut it leaving only the bones. From there the build begins. We map out the floor platoon site taking careful consideration consumer and staff circulation, comfort and efficiencies. We then bring in the materials needed for that particular style of build. Most cases its truckloads of raw wood materials that we mill on site. We source the rarest of woods for some custom builds, Black Walnut, Brazilian Jatoba, Old Growth Doug Fir, Clear Alaskan Cedar and more.
